We carefully control quality at all stages: from checking every incoming batch of ingredients in our own laboratory to recipe control and monitoring air purity in our production facilities.
The plant independently performs the full production cycle: from laboratory tests to transportation of finished products.
Production
Department A
This workshop is the heart of the plant. When designing this workshop, the goal was to use modern equipment and the latest standards. All processes are automated, which eliminates violations in technology and recipes. - Unloading area for big bags

Shop A is responsible for the distribution, weighing and crushing of raw materials. Here, vitamin and mineral complexes and fats are added to the finished mixture. The dough in the extruder is processed under pressure and high temperature to form pellets. The feed passes the drying and dusting stage, cools down, and then it is ready for packing.

Deparment B
Here the feed is packed and the labeling, weight and hermetic tightness of the package are checked. Packaging equipment is integrated into the production line, so that the finished feed does not come into contact with the external environment. 
The packaging is strong, airtight, tear and puncture resistant. These properties ensure safe transportation and high quality of feed. The equipment of this shop allows to produce feed in different packaging formats: from 400 grams to 7 and more kilograms.

Laboratory
The plant has a modern laboratory equipped with advanced devices. Its task is to analyze all key characteristics of raw materials and finished products. 
Here the safety of the feed is determined, the protein, fat, ash and moisture content is controlled. The factory laboratory performs technical, chemical and microbiological quality control, which means that Jarvi can scientifically prove that their feeds and treats are of the highest quality
