Production Laboratory
Feed quality is essential to maintaining animal health, and our company takes strict control of it.
Our factory has a specialized production laboratory that checks feed quality.
The production laboratory is responsible for operational quality control at the stage of raw material acceptance, during process line operation, and during product launch.
It performs operational analyses of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products by physical and chemical parameters. It also prepares samples for submission to an accredited laboratory for safety control, including microbiological safety.
If control point values deviate from GOSTs, TU, or other regulatory documents, production must stop immediately and production line operation must be adjusted.
The implementation of the production laboratory activity is based on the requirements of the international food safety management system ISO HACCP.
The federal state information system "Mercury" (farm-to-counter principle) accounts for raw animal raw materials and finished products. Rosselkhoznadzor controls this system by analyzing electronic veterinary certificates.
